Miss Theme Parks? This Artist Imagines Disney Princesses at Disney Parks

Over the past year, one of the things we’ve missed the most is traveling and visiting our favorite theme parks. Louie Cruz takes our love for all things Disney and imagines the iconic princesses at the Disney parks. The princesses look like they’re having a blast at the “most magical place on earth” enjoying the rides, taking selfies, and eating themed-food.

Cruz, who goes by artworkbylouie on Instagram, gives the princesses a modern-day feel in the latest fashion trends and beauty styles, while they stroll Disneyland and Disney World. No princess is left out—his illustrations feature all of your favorites including Snow White, Tiana, Mulan, Pocahontas, Merida, Moana, Ariel, Aurora, Belle, and Jasmine. All of the princesses are wearing Minnie Mouse ears that fit their unique styles and personalities.

So, where did the idea come from? The artist told POPSUGAR the concept was created by one of his clients who was obsessed with Disney parks. “It’s cool to see them being comfy and relatable at the same time,” he said.

He even takes into account the stories behind the princesses when pairing them together. For example, Ariel and Jasmine are on the Dumbo ride together because they both have dreams of seeing the world, and Cinderella, Belle, and Aura are grouped because of their French origins.

Stay tuned for the Frozen sisters, Raya, and Disney villains to join the series. We can’t wait!
