Mask Architects Are Pushing Boundaries with Their Futuristic Creations

Many modern architects are taking a futuristic approach to their designs, and that’s certainly the case with Mask Architects. Their sensational creations combine science, architecture, and technology, and you have to see them to believe they’re real.

Mask Architects was founded by young innovators from Istanbul, Germany, and Italy, with Öznur Pınar Çer and Danilo Petta at their helm. By combining space architecture, robotic fabrication, and interactivity design and technology, they strive to create something truly amazing.

The palm canopies are underlined with nozzles that spray mist into the air to create a cooler environment. This in return will keep the temperature low and controllable in the Oasis area. We wanted to create cool and breathable outdoor spaces. We will collect and harvest solar energy with solar panels placed on the roofs of the palms. With the foundation housing storage units, we will be able to store electricity as well as able to distribute it at outlet points. With the palms and branches of the structure, it allows protection from wind and sound. We would like to block out all external effects from the surrounding area and stop it entering the space, as wind and noise. This allows creating a calm and peaceful environment. We also will have trees surrounding the structure to create an extra-eco space. This will also help with deflecting wind and sound and creating fresh air and creating a habitat and sanctuary for birds. #designboom#maskarchitects#abudhabi#dubai #architecture#architecturephotography #arch #architecturelovers #architecturedesign #archery #architect #setterarchitects #architectural #archdaily #architecture_hunter #architecture_hunter #archilovers #archaeology #technology#maskarchitects#arup#architettura #architecture_london #mexico #arch_daily#architecturephotography #archery #designmilkvideos #designmilk #deezen#d_signers#designboom #archidetails #design__vision

Mask Architects developed a proposal for a public artwork to be located in Nuevo Polanco, Mexico City " Hole Zero + Timeless Kinetic Art Sculpture" has been selected one of 5 finalists among 340 international projects and Artist for MassivArt and MIRA investment and real estate development company in Mexico. “Hole Zero + Timeless Kinetic Art Sculpture” is the first spiral interactive movement and rotated lattice loop structure in the world which has filled rotatable kinetic art panels. Each of the visitors represents ‘time changing in timeless’ while walking on through the path around ‘black hole.’ Time depends on the visitors' speed such as ‘the speed of lights in space’ and Einstein’s theory of gravity. The spiral lattice structure which is in the form of a continuous loop ensures the formation of the main form with an uninterrupted flow. This uninterrupted and successive, endless form is a representative state of a black hole found in architecture. Users can take an imaginary trip within a black hole, play with our intergalactic adventures kinetic installation structures and be the first to explore a black hole. With its interactive structure which draws from the movements of those visitors who pass in and by the pavilion, notice that their attention will be stuck with the structure that invites visitors to perceive the whole ́black hole ́ experience. #architecture#architecturephotography #arch #architecturelovers #architecturedesign #archery #architect #setterarchitects #architectural #archdaily #architecture_hunter #architecture_hunter #archilovers #archaeology #technology#maskarchitects#arup#architettura #architecture_london #mexico #arch_daily#architecturephotography #archery #designmilkvideos #designmilk #deezen#d_signers#designboom #archidetails #design__vision #kineticart #kineticartists
